5A Desiccant of Insulating Glass use

Insulating glass desiccant is mainly suitable for the absorption of water in the gas layer of insulating glass, and the continuous absorption of water into the spacer during the life of insulating glass; Avoid glass fogging, so that the insulating glass remains smooth and transparent even at very low temperature, improve the insulation and sound insulation performance of insulating glass, thus reducing energy consumption, and fully extend the service life of insulating glass. 3A molecular sieve hygroscopic ability is very strong, used for gas purification treatment, preservation should avoid direct exposure to the air. Storage time is longer and has been hygroscopic 3A molecular sieve before use should be regenerated.

Application

1. Dehydration,using the polar hydrophilicity of zeolite molecular sieves with low silicon to aluminum ratio, air and ethanol can be dried.
2. Purify pollutants in the air, H2S, SO2, NOX and formaldehyde.
3. Separation of N2 / O2. In the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method, zeolite molecular sieves use the difference in equilibrium adsorption of two gases N2 / O2 on its surface to selectively adsorb N2.
4. Adsorption separation method to separate mixed xylene.
5. Increase gasoline octane.

Product Description

Chemxin Molecular Sieve type 5A is an alkali alumina silicate; it is the calcium form of the Type A crystal structure. Type 5A has an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5 nm). It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 5 Angstrom and exclude those larger. It is especially suitable for PSA adsorption applications where it may be used for the separation of normal- and iso- paraffins (C4 to C6 species), in PSA hydrogen purification and in oxygen concentrators
