The machine is composed of three parts: feeding unit, sawing unit and discharging unit;

Feeding unit:

① The automatic feeding conveying table can automatically convey the profile to the feeding manipulator, saving time, labor and efficiency;

② The feeding manipulator is driven by servo motor and precision inclined rack, which has fast moving speed and high precision of repeated sizing;

③ The feeding unit is provided with a profile straightening device (patent), which greatly improves the cutting accuracy of profiles;

④ Optimized cutting function: according to the cutting details of the work order, the profile can be optimized for cutting; the pre optimized profile cutting data can also be imported through the U disk or network to lay the foundation for users to realize standardization, modularization and networking, and at the same time, unnecessary losses caused by human errors and other factors can be avoided.

Sawing unit:

① Equipped with waste output device, the cutting waste can be transported into the garbage can through the chip conveyor, effectively eliminating the waste accumulation and site pollution, improving the production environment;

② The top of the main engine is equipped with an organ type dust cover, which can effectively prevent powder and noise pollution;

③ The high-precision spindle motor directly connects the saw blade to rotate and fix 45 ° to cut, which improves the cutting accuracy and stability;

④ There are independent backup plates and independent pressing between the profiles, which are not affected by the thickness error of the profiles during pressing, so as to ensure reliable pressing;

⑤ When the cutting is finished, the saw blade is separated from the cutting surface of the profile when it is returned, which avoids the phenomenon of back sawing and sweeping. It not only improves the cutting accuracy, but also reduces the wear of the back sawing on the saw blade, thus improving the service life of the saw blade.

Discharge unit:
