Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line

 APPLICATION

LIJIANG IG line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a great deal of useful functionality, improve production efficiency, save production costs and produce maximum benefits.

Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One (Picture 1) uses transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other (Picture 2) is a new technology that uses air-floating technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production’s high quality.

thThe special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize glass thickness. Allowing different thicknesses of glass to be transferred quickly, increasing production speed. According to the test, it takes only 22s to produce a 1m*m insulating glass.

1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes of the glass thickness.

2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass which can keep a fast speed, not only the large size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.

The pressing box uses servo motor and timing belt to support pressing IG units.

Servo motor can be accurately calculated the thickness of the glass and aluminum spacer. Compared with traditional hydraulic station, servo motor can guarantee the precise working pressure and protect the glass from damage, at the same time increasing the working speed.

Timing belt is jagged, making the pressing more accuratly.
