Double / triple / step / low-e glass washing and pressing line

The production line of hollow glass mainly consists of four sections: feed section, cleaning and drying section, inspection section and closing section. The four sections are all installed in the same inclination angle, with compact structure, economical and practical, high efficiency and convenient maintenance. The cleaning box is made of stainless steel, and the conveying roller is acid-base rubber roller; the glass cleaning can be easily observed at any time through the glass window; the feeding section and cleaning drying section are driven by manual stepless speed regulating motor, and the glass operates smoothly at the best speed. The glass surface can be dried by using a large wind inclined wind knife in the drying section. The inspection section is equipped with a lamp tube, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; the closing section has glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning device, which can complete the function of glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning and placement. The glass is supported and transmitted by the transfer rubber roller. The transmission roller is driven by the motor (roller section motor) through the frequency conversion governor through the sprocket. The glass enters the section at low speed from the cleaning drying section. After passing the inspection, it can speed up the operation to the next working section to improve the working efficiency; the frequency converter controls the operation speed of the speed regulating motor in this section, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.
