Insulating glass processing machines are used to make double glazed glass/triple glazed glass/step glazed glass with washing machine and pressing machine. Normally if one complete IG line needs low-e glass film deletion machine, insulating glass line, Spacer Bending Machine, Desiccant Filling Machine, Butyl Extruder Machine and silicone sealants sealing machine.

Introduce for insulating glass processing line

1.Do double,triple,step glass (Max for horizontal size is 120mm, for vertical size is 60mm ) and some shaped glass (one side must be straight).
2.Washing machine adopts 304 stainless steel materials.
3.Drying machine adopts frequency air knife. Saving much energy.
4.Pressing glass units by Siemens servo motor and time belt.
5.PLC control system, touch screen interface.
6.Automatically recognize LOW-E glass film.
7.Aviation plug cable connect way.
8.Press section have adjustable points ,prevent it out of shape after long-time using.
9.Floating knife:According to the glass thickness, automatically adjust the position of the wind knife and keep the relative distance from the glass.
10.Front and back squeeze wheels in the cleaning machine are active, which is more conducive to the transmission of small size glass and big glass.
11.Apart from the washing machine, all parts can be folded to facilitate transportation and reduce transportation costs.
