The Butyl Extruder Machine is used for the coating of non-flexible spacer strip,
which is composed of hydraulic system, heating system, control system, fuselage and so on.
First of all, the equipment automatically detects the width of the spacer , the data is transmitted to the rubber nozzle,
so that the opening width of the rubber nozzle reaches the width of the glue state,
and then the conveyor belt conveys the spacer strip to the rubber nozzle, and the rubber nozzle simultaneously glue on both sides of the spacer strip. By PLC accurate control glue nozzle spray and break time,
and then by the hydra
system and motor frequency converter control the amount of glue, so that the interval between the two sides of the glue control within 0.1 grams
